R&D labolatory
The main goal of research in our laboratory is to enhance the fireproof properties of our product, which is intumescent paint. We strive for this through the use of new formulations and the use of physical effects such as heat reflection in the form of an electromagnetic wave in the near and mid-infrared range (800 nm – 25,000 nm).
The competence of R&D team are divided into six categories relevant : materials and chemical engineering, fire safety engineering, chemical formulation and analysis, design and construction of automotive components, ballistic properties enhancement and numerical simulations.

Particle size analyzer
LS 13 320 XR Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer
Particle Analyzer utilizes laser diffraction and complex mathematical models to analyze size distribution of given sample. Due to application of PIDS technology we may characterize size of particles ranging from 50 nm up to 3.5 mm.

Four dissolver type mixers are capable of preparing coating of given formulation up to 800 l volume each.
